Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Americas, the Finance Controller – Redpath Mexicana is the senior finance leader that will play a key leadership position in the establishment and growth of Redpath Mexicana as a newly operating entity within the Redpath Group. The Finance Controller will be responsible for implementing finance, accounting, reporting and internal control processes in alignment with Redpath policies, systems and best practices. Working closely with external advisors, including EY, tax specialists, legal counsel and other consultants, the incumbent will help establish a compliant finance function, supporting the successful integration of systems, governance frameworks, statutory requirements and operational processes required for long-term business success. The role provides practical financial leadership to Mexico operations while ensuring accurate reporting, effective controls and alignment with Redpath group requirements.

The Finance Controller – Redpath Mexicana is responsible for the full range of budgeting, forecasting, project accounting,



financial accounting, management reporting, statutory reporting support and finance process oversight for Mexico operations. The role works closely with operations, project controls, payroll, HR, procurement, legal, external accounting/tax advisors and regional finance leadership to support compliant, accurate and timely financial decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support the following finance functions for Redpath Mexicana:
- Project accounting, job costing and project-based financial reporting
- Customer billings, accounts receivable, collections and cash application
- Accounts payable, supplier account reconciliation and payment support
- Fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation and asset controls
- General accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting
- Tax, statutory reporting and compliance coordination with external advisors
- Coordinate with Redpath Shar
