About the role
The Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading supply planning and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes across multiple manufacturing sites. This role drives alignment between demand, supply, inventory,



and production capacity while leading a team of planners to ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, optimize planning strategies, and support the company's operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Lead supply planning and SIOP processes across multiple manufacturing facilities to balance demand, supply, inventory, and production capacity.
- Manage and develop a team of Materials and Supply Planners while fostering collaboration across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management.
- Identify supply chain risks and opportunities, driving mitigation plans to ensure manufacturing continuity and on-time delivery.
