**Executive Assistant - Hybrid (Mexico City)**
A high-performing **Executive Assistant** is needed to support a fast-paced founder in the **Life Insurance, Loan Brokerage, and Financial Services** industries. This **hybrid** role (remote with occasional on-site meetings in Mexico City) is adecuado for someone with **10+ years of EA experience**, preferably with CEOs or entrepreneurs, and a strong administrative and financial background.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Calendar Management**: Own scheduling and coordination
- **Document Handling**: Manage Docusign packages, wire confirmations
- **Client Reviews**: Prepare and coordinate annual reviews
- **Logistics**: Plan travel and manage confidential business details
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred




- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English
- Expert in managing high-level executives and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented, proactive, intuitive
- Comfortable “managing up” and anticipating needs
- Emotionally mature and highly organized
Location: Mexico City
**Hours**: 8:00-17:00 (PT), Monday to Friday
**Salary**: MXN $35,000+ gross monthly
