**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.**

- Review accounts and make in-house collection calls
- Reconcile discrepancies on assigned accounts
- Generate monthly statements for Sales Managers.
- Provide updated account status as requested.
- Work with appropriate personnel/departments to resolve collection issues.
- Document contact with customer.
- Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, your team and the company.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- This position requires a minimum of 1 year of collections experience in an accounting environment.
