Position objective
Manage and lead the learning team to ensure the correct identification, planning and coordination of potential alternatives that allow the development of collaborators and ensure the development of the necessary competencies to guarantee compliance with BRP objectives.
Roles & responsibilities
Manage (monitor and lead) the performance and commitment of the collaborators under their responsibility
Implement the different development actions that allow you to maximize the potential of the collaborators under your responsibility.
Identify improvements in the learning process that improve the employee's experience together with their peers and take appropriate actions
Standardize the different learning and development processes within the plants under their responsibility
Optimize and implement of the competency management process for learning and development processes in the different sites under their responsibility.
Ensure compliance with the KPIs established for the learning area.
Monitor, communicate and implement the different action plans that guarantee compliance with the KPIs of the learning area
Manage learning budget according to established priorities and identify potential savings or budget optimization, as well as potential risks
Manage, coordinate and ensure compliance with training requirements in the different ISO, STPS or any applicable requirements at the different sites under your responsibility
Communicate and implement actions derived from the results of the different audits to improve processes.
Manage and develop training providers, through monitoring, evaluation and ensuring compliance with the code of ethics and applicable processes.
Identify and implement regional learning initiatives according to potential improvements for the area through rule 70 Immersive, 20 mentoring or coaching, 10 Formal
Manage and validate the effectiveness of training and development programs




Coordinate and ensure together with the HRBP's and Talent Acquisition the compliance and optimization of the Onboarding program
Implement the use of new tools and technologies to facilitate learning (LMS, instructional design, gaming, etc.) and improve the KPI proposal that ensures ROI for the business.
**Position profile**:
**Bachelor in**: Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or Similar
**Professional Experience**:
**At least Years**: 5-6 In Training & Development
**Language**:
- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
- English written and verbal (Min: 90%).
- Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
Technical skills (Minimum desired)
1. Implementation of digital or technological Learning Tools
4. Development and Management by Competencies
2. ISO 9001:2015, STPS, CTPAT Audits
5. Intermediate-Advance English
3. Development, delegation, and prioritization
6. Learning methodologies (microlearning, blended solutions, digital and experiential learning)
