**Overview of Role**:
The production supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the production floor. They oversee a team of workers, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role involves planning and organizing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that products meet quality standards
**What you will do**:
- Efficient day to day operation of the production area
- Overseeing and managing the performance of Team Leaders and Production Operatives to achieve targets in areas of safety, quality, productivity and improvement.
- Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure production schedules and targets are met.
- Carrying out regular 1:1s and bi-annual appraisals with Team Leaders, reviewing performance to target and providing clear and structured feedback.
- Managing performance and behavior issues
- Countermeasure operational problems related to safety, quality and productivity.
