**AR/Payroll Specialist**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AR/Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsibilities**:
- Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile aging accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and review AR reports for management, highlighting any outstanding or overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and ensure proper documentation.
**Payroll Responsibilities**:
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
- Calculate and process overtime, vacation, sick leave, and other employee benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, payroll, or accounting roles.
- English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software (experience with excel and QuickBooks preferred).
- Familiarity with payroll taxes regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**What we offer**:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
- $20,000 to $25,000 per month (gross salary).
