**Digital Content Librarian**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree or Equivalent and 3+ yrs work experience in similar function.
- Experience with DAM systems (metadata input, organizing large amounts of files, file naming conventions, and database reporting)
- Proficient in metadata tagging, auditing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze common metadata mistakes, provide insights for updates, and advocate for system efficiencies.
- Strong project management and communication skills (experience in working closely with non-technical team members)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, solution-focused—can also work in cross-functional situations, ensuring all others teams' needs and deadlines are met.
- Proficiency in technologies that support creative and marketing teams, such as Adobe Creative Suite
**Major responsabilities**:
- Receives, tracks and responds to digital asset inquiries and questions from internal and external asset users (sales, marketing, digital merchandising, etc.) and acts a liaison with legal on contract and talent agreement issue
- Owns processing assets in Nuxeo from internal MDF forms
- Makes sure the correct metadata, product & model information gets associated to the proper digital assets




- Creates yearly expiring asset reports for brand and product marketing teams to determine on-going images that will require renewals
- Prepares and sends out contract renewals for yearly expiring contracts & for newly requested needs
- Tracking of renewal requests, ensuring responses, talent agency agreement, and invoices.
- Addressing any issues related to contracts from internal teams and external agencies
- Helps individuals and teams regarding contract renewals, optional usage best practices, and processes
- Oversees adherence to asset metadata requirements
- Participates in testing system updates and enhancements before production releases
- Leads the training of users of the digital asset management system, best practices, uses, etc.
- Works closely with creative services and postproduction to ensure digital asset metadata standards are met
