Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer portals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide customer service support to OEM and automotive industry customers.
- Receive customer requirements and plan daily shipments according to demand.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
- Analyze firm demand and forecasts, identifying deviations or customer demand variations.
- Communicate demand changes proactively to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Logistics, Production, and other Supply Chain functions.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with Supply Chain processes and company standards.
