In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Although call volumes are moderate, every interaction matters, and we're looking for someone who treats every customer with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

- Accurately document every customer interaction
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers

Schedule
- Operating hours currently between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST
- Seven days per week
- Rotating days off
- Schedule subject to business needs

Compensation
- $6 USD per hour
- Paid weekly (in arrears)
- Independent Contractor position

- i5 processor and higher
- Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
