Responsibilities - You will do:
- You will be supporting our customers under AVEVA Edge applications, leveraging our unique and comprehensive knowledge of AVEVA Edge.
- You'll be involved in the support,



deployment and maintenance of key client projects.
- You'll collaborate with Distributors, System Integrators, Certified System Integrators and OEMs for additional support services needed in order to provide their clients with a complete and sophisticated HMI/SCADA solution.
- You will also assist clients from all over the world with their HMI/SCADA advanced technical applications through phone calls, e-mails, and remote computer connections.
- Additionally, you will develop and customize new product templates.

Skills & Qualifications - You will have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or MySQL.
- English language proficiency (Advanced)

A PLUS:
- Spanish language proficiency
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA software, such as AVEVA Edge, InduSoft Web Studio, Wonderware, Intouch, System Platform, OMI, FactoryTalk (OR similar soft
