About the Role
We are seeking an execution-focused, highly organized Account Manager to support and oversee communication, reporting,



and day-to-day operations for partner accounts within a fast-paced performance marketing environment. Reporting directly to the COO, you will serve as the core relationship hub and the "face and voice" of the agency.
This role is a critical operational position built for a proactive team player who can command a virtual room, confidently interface with executive-level stakeholders (CEOs, VPs, and founders), and bridge the gap between client visions and internal execution. You will enjoy a trust-based remote culture with extensive travel flexibility, supported by solid training on the agency's proprietary performance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication loops with partner accounts via email, Slack, and scheduled virtual syncs, ensuring proactive status updates and rapid issue escalation.
