Manager, Clinical Project Management

As a Manager, Clinical Project Management supporting the Clinical R&D; team, you will support Clinical business goals and objectives through efficient, effective and comprehensive organizational processes, project management solutions, and/or process improvement initiatives. Plans, conducts and provides project management expertise to one or more projects, processes, or process improvement initiatives of significant importance and difficulty where the scope, complexity, risk, and investment involved requires the broad application of advanced knowledge





In this role, a typical day will include:
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop plans, forecasts/budgets, and/or timelines (milestones) for technically complex projects
- Leads Clinical FTE resourcing for project, study, and/or research activities
- Facilitation of direct spend process for study and/or research activities
- Delivers comprehensive tracking and monitoring of Clinical processes including visual reports
- Supports development, implementation, and maintenance of Clinical metrics to help drive performance
- As assigned, co-leads organizational processes related to:
- Vendor evaluations and/or audits
- Clinical procedures, work instructions, and/or job aids
- Clinical objective planning, and/or tracking
- Clinical training administration
- Co-leads or facilitates Clinical sponsored process improvement initiatives
- Provides operational support to functions participating in
