About the role: As the Operations & Process Manager, you will review workflows across the business and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, evaluate, implement, and optimize tools, systems,



and technology to improve operational efficiency, manage client onboarding capacity, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth client transitions, track operational KPIs including responsiveness, delivery timelines, team capacity, and speed-to-close metrics, build, maintain, and train the team on SOPs, workflows, and process improvements to ensure consistent execution

What You'll Do
- You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly across tools, timelines, files, and people:
- Review workflows and identify process gaps or optimization opportunities across the delivery cycle
- Evaluate accounting and data tools, scout new technology, and recommend the best solutions
- Manage client onboarding capacity, timing, and budget to ensure new clients start smoothly
- Track KPI, such as client and person-level responsiveness
