Job Title: Commercial Painting Estimator

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator to join a growing remote team supporting large multifamily construction projects throughout the United States.
This role is idóneo for someone with extensive experience preparing accurate takeoffs and estimates for commercial painting projects, particularly apartment communities and other large residential developments. You'll work independently to produce detailed estimates, review drawings and specifications, respond to project questions, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop complete estimates.
- Estimate interior and exterior painting scopes for large multifamily apartment complexes and other commercial projects.
