DUTIES:
· Manage new product introduction and product maintenance projects for purchased complete suspension components, including various brands of shocks and strut assemblies.
· Lead cross-functional project activities from concept through launch, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.
· Review, approve, and release engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
· Coordinate product validation activities, including laboratory testing, vehicle testing, durability testing, and performance evaluations.
· Review and approve test plans, test reports, and engineering validation results.
· Support supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing performance management.
