About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly creative, data-driven and strategic individual to lead the management of Instagram as a key communication and branding platform for our international manufacturing company. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, growing our online community, analyzing performance data, and elevating our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Instagram content strategy (posts, stories, reels, lives, collaborations, etc.).
- Coordinate and produce photo and video shoots (both remotely and in-person).
- Write and schedule content with a focus on storytelling and brand voice.
- Analyze insights, metrics and KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
- Research trends and adapt innovative content ideas to align with the brand identity.
- Manage digital community: respond to messages, comments, and engage with the audience.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity.




- Collaborate with creative teams or external providers (photographers, designers, editors) as needed.

**Requirements**:
- High-level expertise in Instagram and professional tools (Creator Studio, Instagram Insights, advanced analytics, Reels, etc.).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - required.
- Proven experience managing social media, especially Instagram, for companies or personal brands.
- Strong visual and verbal creativity, with aesthetic sense and strategic thinking.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and social media performance tracking.
- Excellent writing and grammar in both English and Spanish.
- Valid Passport and U.S. Visa (highly desirable).
- Availability to travel to León, Guanajuato 1-2 times per year.
