**SUMMARY**
Responsibilities are to assist with Technical aspects of the development/support tasks and IT developers, ensure that quality work is being done, review, recommend designs, code and test solutions. Coordinate with users as needed, review and evaluate the IT developers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Development Duties as required; ensure systems are adequately monitored for performance issues, scheduling and recovery.
- Ensures quality of development by closely monitoring programming standards are being adhered to by staff - including coding standards, change process and documentation.
- Meet with Users to discuss problems and negotiate prioritization of problems based on financial impact to the business and alignment with strategic direction.




- Day to day management and support of Team; identify and satisfy training requirements
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study:Computer Science or related field
- Years of Experience:Five to seven years.
- Type of Experience:In Application Development, management or similar roles
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Proficiencies in some of the following: C, C++, Java, SQL, Linux Environment.
- Other/Preferred:Communication, management and analytical skills.
