As a** Senior Network Planning Manager**(M/F/d)** at Flix, you can make an impact by helping us shape our bus network, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
**Based in Mexico City**, you will join our Americas newly created Network Planning Hub, responsible for **South America**regions.
**About the Role**:
- Plan our FlixBus lines in collaboration with our business partners, revenue management, commercials, and our experienced local teams to develop our network
- Coordinate the interactions on your allocated line portfolio with the other teams to ensure smooth processes (e.g. line starts and operational requests)
- Communicate with our business partners to handle our operative demand
- Plan a robust and scalable bus network that meets profitability targets by analyzing costs and revenues
- Conduct quantitative analysis and derive conclusions from various data sets to make informed decisions
- Present ideas as well as figures in an informative and relevant way to update your team and stakeholders
- Support in implementing network planning strategies to meet the specific needs of the South American market
- Mentor and train Interns and Junior Network Planners.
**About You**:
- Degree in business administration, supply chain, transportation, engineering mathematics, geography, urban planning, economics or in a related field of study
- 5 to 10 years expertise in project management, network planning, or similar roles, particularly within fast-paced, business-focused environments
- Strong analytical skills and modelling abilities to solve complex problems in a rational way,



as well as strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adaptable to both face-to-face and remote meetings, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Organized and autonomous, having team and customer-oriented mindset
- Based in Mexico City, with willingness and ability to travel to our South American offices on a yearly basis (Chile, Peru, Brazil)
- Fluent in both English and in Spanish
- Socio-geographical knowledge of the transport markets is a strong plus
