**About the Company**:
Dongcheng Power Tools is a leading Chinese manufacturer of professional power tools, with a strong global presence. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are now actively building our sales network in Mexico.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local distributors and retail stores.
- Promote Dongcheng’s products through direct store visits, merchandising, and ground-level marketing.
- Assist in organizing product demonstrations, training sessions, and local marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and report weekly progress to the regional sales manager.
**Requirements**:
- More than 1 year of sales experience. Prefer in tools, hardware, home improvement,
or FMCG sectors
- Familiar with Mexico’s local retail and distribution networks.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish; basic English required. Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
