Enterprise RTR Finance Lead - temporary
The Enterprise RTR Finance Lead is responsible for leading Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process rationalization, simplification, harmonization, and governance at the enterprise level as part of the ERP transformation program.

This role partners closely with the ERP RTR Director, PMO Manager – Enterprise, and the RTR Global Process Owner (GPO) to design future‑state RTR process models, establish governance frameworks, and support policy and process changes as required.

The role serves as a finance and accounting transformation leader, responsible for driving RTR initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring global consistency, scalability, and compliance across finance processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise finance transformation program for RTR by defining and executing a clear vision, strategy, guiding principles, scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with project leadership and key stakeholders.




- Drive key decisions through appropriate governance bodies related to project scope, dependencies, prioritization, and timing.
- Lead and contribute to the design of future‑state, end‑to‑end RTR processes for general finance across all cycles, geographies, and reporting jurisdictions.
- Ensure RTR processes align with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion target models, emphasizing simplicity, standardization, scalability, and automation.
- Identify, document, and benchmark business scenarios requiring exceptions or specific processes.
- Partner with the RTR Global Process Owner to assess enterprise finance processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
