About the Client:
Our client is a digital marketing partner that helps restaurants and food brands grow their business online. They deliver end-to-end marketing support including organic social management, paid social advertising, content creation photo/video/design), influencer partnerships, and email marketing to attract, engage and retain customers. They act as an extension of their clients’ teams to build strategy, produce creative content, and drive measurable results.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute email-led customer journeys across multiple client accounts. This is a strategy + execution role with a strong focus on copywriting,



segmentation, performance optimization, and lifecycle thinking. You’ll work closely with designers and account leadership to deliver high-performing email, SMS, and push campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage one off campaigns (promos, events, launches, seasonal pushes, newsletters) and automated flows (welcome series, post purchase, winback, abandoned cart, browse abandon, VIP or loyalty, birthday, reorder)
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, purchase patterns, engagement, and intent
- Partner with our client designers by providing clear, specific creative direction (hierarchy, CTA placement, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, image and text balance, brand alignment, and conversion best practices). You will not be designing, but you will help ensure the email is optimized
