Why this role is important to us

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – Global Talent Hub to drive recruitment delivery across Client Services, Commercial, and Operations teams, with a primary focus on Mexico and occasional support of the USA, and Canada.

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your exposure across diverse functions, seniority levels,



and geographic markets while working within a Hub model that operates with an agency mindset — proactively identifying, qualifying, and sharing talent across the wider TA organization.

This position is critical to supporting our growth and scalability agenda by delivering versátil, high-impact recruitment support across regions and business units. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be embedded in a high-performing global team designed to accelerate hiring, improve operational efficiency, and provide scalable recruitment solutions across fluctuating capacity and volume needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for Mexico, with occasional support for the USA and Canada.
- Proactively source and build talent
