The main role for this position is to manage the client's relationship for data loading, reconciliation, and risk reporting for their license to MSCI risk management software, while actively contributing to AI-driven automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete and timely upload of client portfolios into MSCI’s proprietary Risk Management products, namely BarraOne and RiskManager.
- Generate Reconciliation and Quality Assurance reports post-upload of client portfolios and carry out preliminary checks for correctness of the data upload.




- Support the Managed Services team in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness of regular deliverables.
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives by identifying manual, repetitive workflows and proposing AI-assisted or scripted solutions to enhance operational speed and accuracy.
- Leverage IT skills (Excel, VBA, and/or Python) to develop automated solutions optimizing client-specific workflows; knowledge of scripting or coding languages is a plus.
- Use AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, prompt engineering, LLM-based workflows) to support data analysis, report generation, and client communication drafting.
- Set meetings with clients and internal teams to develop production enhancements and reduce manual effort through intelligent automation.
