About the role
As a PFEP Materials Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring Plant-For-Every-Part (PFEP) material readiness by maintaining accurate master data, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting manufacturing continuity across multiple production sites. Working closely with buyers, engineering,



manufacturing, and supply chain teams, you will drive inventory health, reduce excess and obsolete materials, and ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support customer commitments and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a PFEP Materials Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving PFEP material readiness by maintaining accurate master data, including safety stock, ABC/XYZ classifications, MOQ, lot sizes, planning methods, lead times, and replenishment parameters.
- Managing inventory health through safety stock optimization, working stock management, inventory projections, and continuous monitoring of inventory performance.
- Leading initiatives to reduce Excess & Obsolete (E&O;) inventory by partnering with engineering, material teams, and other manufacturing sites to maximize material utilization.
