**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Transformation Lead will play a critical role in advancing PepsiCo’s global sustainability and digital transformation agenda from our Mexico City, Mexico hub. In this strategic position, you will collaborate with the Global Sustainability Office and S&T; teams to align innovative digital initiatives with PepsiCo’s sustainability goals, driving impactful change across the organization. This role focuses on leading end-to-end delivery of transformative projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology with sustainability frameworks, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and environmental outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage global stakeholders, and build team capabilities to deliver high-impact solutions, acting as a vital connection between the Global Sustainability program and S&T; initiatives.

**Your Impact**
As a Transformation Lead your scope would consist of
- Collaborate with the General Sustainability Office to align digital initiatives with sustainability goals.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Act as the primary S&T; partner, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Manage relationships with global stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to support sustainability objectives.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks and S&T; governance standards.
- Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and sustainability impact.
- Lead change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of new “sustainability” tools and processes within S&T.;
- Drive energy reduction and other reduction initiatives adoption, ensuring measurable progress toward GHG reduction targets aligned with corporate sustainability objectives.
- Engage and manage vendors and partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Navigate complex global environments to influence and deliver at senior executive levels.
- Work with internal Capabilities team (S&T;)



to identify talent and build teams to get work completed
- Partner with other S&T; teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems.
- Build team capabilities in sustainability-driven S&T; solutions and digital innovation.

- Drive Agile product delivery
- Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing, balancing demand and available resources. Ensuring tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs
Be the connection and alignment between the Global Sustainability program and the S&T; Sustainability program
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, or Environmental Science/Engineering; Masters degree in Sustainability preferred
- 5+ years of related Information Technology and related business experience
- 2+ years of experience working on Sustainability projects
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, including experience with senior executives.
- Expertise in digital transformation and IT project management.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and strategy development.
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud solutions).
- Strong change management and organizational transformation capabilities.
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in complex environments.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Technical expertise in digital platforms, tools, and
