R&D;/Technology Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical power or similar with minimum of 2+ years of experience in development of products & its solutions in electrical distributions.
- Experience in manufacturing implementation of new and modified designs.
- Expertise in product and solution level testing desired and experience on working with Integral test labs and Certification agency.
- Experience with design and product documentation, Creo and Windchill preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze test data and solve design issues.
- Experience defining, designing, and integrating cost effective, compliant solutions.




- Track record executing product design projects in teams and individually.
- Experience working with standards and standards compliance.
- Experience with Switches, Transfer switches, Automatic transfer switches, electrical panelboards, circuit breakers, or similar products or other Electro-Mechanical design and testing experience.
- Experience in testing, DoE, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of certification standards for electrical equipment (UL, IEC, IEEE).
- Proven record of engineering analysis and design execution success.
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma.
