Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician
- Currently studying a BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Certifications is a plus
- Conversational English
Pay: Up to $18,000.00 per month
