**What you’ll do**
As a Commercial Support Executive, you'll play a key role in boosting our commercial efficiency by managing and optimizing data systems, reporting, and processes. Your mission: ensure the right information reaches the right people—clearly, accurately, and on time.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Collecting, integrating, and analysing data from various internal sources.
- Maintaining organized, up-to-date information on platforms like OneDrive and CRM systems.
- Supporting Budget and Forecast cycles by coordinating timelines, formats, and follow-ups.
- Creating monthly dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring seamless communication and data flow across Commercial, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and spotting opportunities for improvement.
- Driving data quality, consistency, and standardization.
- Assisting in the rollout of tools and processes that enhance data analysis and reporting.
- Producing ad-hoc reports and insights to support strategic decisions.




- Documenting and refining commercial internal processes.
**What we’re looking for**:
You're a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for data and collaboration. You love taking the complex and making it clear, useful, and actionable.
**Your profile**:
- 1+ year of experience in commercial data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for storytelling with data.
- Ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
- Proactive, organized, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
**Tools & Skills**:
- **Excel**: Advanced skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- **Power BI**: Experience is a plus!
- Intermediate to advanced **English** proficiency.
