**Compensation**:
$5 - $7 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate contact with real estate agents and present offers on on-market properties.
- Quickly respond to inquiries and assess leads based on set criteria.
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.




- Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Motivated by sales goals and driven to achieve results.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
