**Role Purpose**:
The **ServiceNow ITSM Developer** will bring deep technical expertise to lead the development, configuration, and design of ServiceNow modules, with a strong focus on **ITSM** and **CSM**. The role also includes ownership of architectural planning and day-to-day operations of platform components (e.g., databases, middleware, and backups), ensuring robust performance, scalability, and reliability.
**Key Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain modules within **ITSM**, **CMDB**, and/or **ITOM**.
- Ensure platform scalability and performance through strategic planning, capacity management, and performance tuning.
- Manage and maintain platform components such as databases, middleware, and backup systems.
- Lead or support ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, installations, and enhancements.




- Drive scripting and integrations aligned with best practices and security standards.
- Leverage platform features to support automation and process improvements.
- Ensure high data quality by working closely with Configuration Item (CI) data owners.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of **ServiceNow scripting** and integrations.
- Expertise in **ITSM** and proficiency in either **CMDB** or **ITOM**.
- **Mandatory experience** in **Customer Service Management (CSM)** within the ITSM framework.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English** (required).
