Objective of the position:
This role will support the development, implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of safety-critical fastening and manufacturing processes that directly impact vehicle quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.



The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and suppliers to ensure safety-critical torque applications are properly designed, installed, documented, and maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material, and technical.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and plant support activities.
- High-level Microsoft Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Medium-level PowerPoint knowledge, including ability to create clear storylines and professional.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Preferred knowledge of torque-cont
