What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Support the development of an intelligent assistant to automate the tracking of purchase orders (expired, upcoming expirations, invoicing status, and key KPIs).
- Analyze and process operational data from the Procurement area to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate in the design and development of an AI-based bot for purchase order tracking.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Document workflows, processes, and automation improvements.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Active student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of data analysis
- Experience or interest in process documentation and continuous improvement
- Exposure to corporate tools and digital environments is a plus
- English communication skills.
