- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Quality strategy across multiple plants and supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, international certifications, and quality standards
- Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis, driving informed decision-making
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Develop and strengthen Quality leadership capabilities, building sustainable teams
- Collaborate with key functions to embed Quality as a core pillar of the business

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Quality strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
- Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes (e.g., GFSI, FSSC 22000, ISO)
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, trends, and improve
