Role Objective

The Marketing Assistant provides content, research, and administrative support to the firm's marketing team. This role is uniquely suited for a bilingual professional with a background in immigration law — someone who understands the nuance of immigration processes and can ensure that all marketing content is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with legal standards.



Working remotely from Latin America, the Marketing Assistant will support the day-to-day execution of content, campaigns, and community initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities/Duties

Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content across social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and the firm's website ensuring accuracy on all immigration-related topics.

Review marketing materials for legal accuracy and flag any content that may misrepresent immigration processes, timelines, or outcomes.

Translate and adapt content between English and Spanish, maintaining tone, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.

Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

Conduct research on immigration law updates, community trends, and competitor marketing activity to inform content strategy.
