Role Summary:

The Manager of Recruiting Latam leads the full lifecycle recruitment, assessment, and engagement of Professional Services consultants and Interim executives across Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, HR, Digital/CX and other functional domains. This role is highly client-facing and is responsible for building elite talent pipelines, accelerating delivery speed, and ensuring a world-class experience for both clients and consultants.

You will drive strategic sourcing, market intelligence, candidate evaluation, and consultant relationship management to support the rapid deployment of interim leaders, project execution consultants and subject matter experts. You will leverage deep professional services, interim, consulting/big 4 and/or executive search experience, strong business judgment, data-driven insights, and consultative advisory skills to secure top-tier talent for high-impact engagements in private equity portfolio companies, general multinational, publicly listed organizations, and growth-oriented businesses.
