**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Use Hostify or similar systems to synchronize calendars, pricing, and listings
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff, maintenance teams, and third-party service providers
- Ensure guest communications are timely, professional, and aligned with company standards
- Oversee the guest experience from inquiry to checkout, resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain listing quality (descriptions, photos, pricing updates) to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Prepare occupancy reports and performance summaries for internal review
- Ensure all properties meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards
**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience managing short-term rentals or similar guest-facing roles




- Ability to work majority European business hours (GMT+1)
- Experience with Hostify or other property/channel management tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage remote teams (cleaners, maintenance, etc.)
- High attention to detail and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English
