**What you will do**
- Operate and support cloud infrastructure hosted on **AWS** (EC2, S3, networking, security);
- Support deployments across staging and production environments;
- Maintain and improve **CI/CD pipelines** using **GitLab**;
- Manage infrastructure as code using **Terraform**;
- Configure and manage containerized workloads with **Docker** and **Kubernetes**;
- Support customer-facing **EHR integrations**, including: VPN tunnel setup and troubleshooting, SFTP configuration (AWS Transfer Family), assistance in Mirth-to-IRIS migrations (training will be provided);
- Participate in incident detection, diagnosis, resolution, and post-mortem processes;
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts using observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Wavefront);
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, QA, and DevOps teams;
- Participate in on-call rotation with a integral team;
- Ensure all infrastructure activities comply with **HIPAA** and **GDPR regulations**.
**Must haves**
- **5+ years** of experience in **SRE**, **DevOps**, **or infrastructure roles**;
- Experience working with **AWS-based infrastructure** and **related services**;
- Strong understanding of **VPN tunneling**, **SFTP configuration**, and **basic networking**;
- Hands-on experience with **Terraform**, **GitLab pipelines**, **Docker**, and **Kubernetes**;
- Familiarity with **scripting languages** (e.g., Bash, Python);




- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within distributed teams;
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability;
- Comfortable participating in incident response and alerting systems;
- Willingness to collaborate with customer IT contacts for EHR integration tasks;
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and mentor others;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
**Nice to haves**
- Familiarity with **Mirth** and **IRIS** (standard EHR platforms);
- Experience with tools like **Bitbucket**, **Codefresh**, or **Ansible**;
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries;
- Exposure to infrastructure security best practices.
