**Job Title: Software Project Manager (Full Stack Developer Background)**

**Job Overview**:
**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- **Fluent English Communication**:
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management.
- **Full Stack Development Expertise**:
- Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- **Extensive Programming Experience**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and.NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and JavaScript.
- **Project Management Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience managing software development projects.
- Ability to oversee and lead development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software products.
- **Code Comprehension & Enhancement**:
- Ability to read, understand, and build upon existing codebases.




- Skilled in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions effectively.
- **Creative Problem-Solving Skills**:
- Ability to think outside the box, solve complex problems, and innovate throughout the development lifecycle.
- **Front-End Frameworks Proficiency**:
- Experience working with JavaScript libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and KnockoutJS.
- Ability to integrate and manage multiple JavaScript frameworks.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Google APIs Experience**:
- Familiarity with Google Maps APIs and other Google services.
- **Database & Reporting Knowledge**:
- Experience with SQL Server, SSRS Report Builder, and report/dashboard development (especially map/polygon-based dashboards).
- **Version Control & Project Tracking Tools**:
- Proficiency with GitHub for source control.
- Familiarity with Jira for task and project management.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
