We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Asset Management and Service Now. _
- Responsibilities_
- _Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations._
- _Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Asset Management systems._
- _Provide expertise in Service Now to streamline IT service management processes._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues._
- _Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure._
- _Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and processes._
- _Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches._
- _Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and security of IT assets._
- _Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders._
- _Implement and manage disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity._
- _Analyze and report on infrastructure performance metrics to senior management._
