As a **Staff Engineer** on the **SlideShare Team**,



you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining **frontend SlideShare projects**, driving the technical architecture, and contributing to the evolution of the platform’s user-facing experiences. This is a unique opportunity to leverage the latest web technologies, including **Next.js**, **React.js**, **JavaScript**, **CSS**, and **GraphQL**, while also collaborating on innovative projects that involve **Machine Learning (ML)** and **Large Language Models (LLMs)**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Design and implement new features using **Next.js**, **React.js**, **JavaScript**, **CSS**, and **GraphQL** to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate **ML models** and **Large Language Models (LLMs)** into the frontend, delivering personalized content and intelligent user experiences.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create high-quality, user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers, helping them develop their technical skills and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to build integrated, full-stack solutions when needed, while maintaining a focus on frontend technologies.
**We’re Looking for Someone With**:
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, specializing in frontend technologies.
- Expertise in **JavaScript**, **React.js**, **Next.js**, **TypeScript**, and **ES6**.




- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to deliver projects on time.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
