CAD Technicians assist the Project Manager, Project Engineer or Designer in the management of multiple site development projects. You will be responsible for the preparation of layouts, drawings and designs according to engineering specifications using CAD and Civil 3D software. This may include base plan setup, sheet plan setup, exhibit preparation, detailing, utility layout and overall plan preparation for preliminary and final design.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience within the Civil Engineering field of land/site development
- Technical Degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
