Coordinate with engineering and product management departments while developing and implementing Manufacturing Plans for product.
- Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
- Develop product test plans and perform productions test according manufacturing process instructions.
- Assist New Product Introduction Manager and Process Engineering Manager with integration of all products according to product requirements.
- Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instructions.
- Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.
- Provide Technical support to Materials Management team for all RFP initiatives and administer effective use of outsource products.
- Develop prototype design according with required techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Work with warehouse Manager to maintain required inventories, ensure availability of equipment, tools, test equipment and prototype parts.




- Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate better throughput and quality improvements.
- Design/ implement efficient material handling, flow strategies and maintain safe manufacturing processes at all times.
- Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.
- Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge of product status and prepare appropriate reports.
**Education**
- Engineer Degree, High School Diploma or
- GED Equivalent or 3 years of Experience in the position.
**Skills and Abilities**
- Microsoft office, basic PC skills.
- Ability to operate mobile equipment.
- Bilingual Spanish English a plus.
**Experience**
- Good business communication skills including the ability to write simple correspondence, verbally communicate to customers, clients and other employees.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpreted bar graphs.
