We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open Lead Generation / Cold Calling positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
- Qualify potential leads.
- Schedule appointments for Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and track progress.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ Years as a Lead Generation / Cold Calling or similar position
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Energetic & upbeat
- Team Player
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
