**Bookkeeper**:

We're looking for a **detail-oriented, highly skilled professional** to manage financial processes, ensure accurate reconciliation, and maintain a seamless workflow. **What You'll Do**:
**Accounting & Financial Management**
- Manage **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)** with accuracy
- Perform **bank and credit card reconciliations** to ensure financial records are accurate
- Maintain **audit-ready** books with **daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations**:
- Process **journal entries, accruals, and month-end close**
**Software & Reporting**
- **Expert-level QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience** (minimum **5 years**)
- Utilize **Reach Reporting** for consolidated financial analysis
- Manage and maintain records in **Google Sheets**:




- Use **Slack** for internal communication and collaboration

- ** Strategize to complete tasks efficiently**—work smarter, not harder
- Display **determination and reliability** in ensuring financial accuracy
**What You Bring**:
**5+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience (QBO expert required)**
**Strong experience in AP, AR, and reconciliations**
**Advanced skills in Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, etc.)**
**Knowledge of Reach Reporting (or willingness to learn quickly)**
**Familiarity with Slack for communication**
**Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver**
**Ability to manage time effectively and work independently**
**Strong work ethic—gets the job done, no excuses**
**Bonus if you have**:
➕ Experience with **Shopify, Wix, SquareUp, Paylocity, or Fishbowl Inventory**
➕ A strong understanding of **inventory, cost accounting, and financial reporting
