Molex is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at the Guadalajara Sur location. As a key leader in the assembly department, you will oversee a team of approximately 30 technicians and engineers, ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of our systems and processes in response to increased demand. This role offers the potential for advancement to a managerial position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate leadership and synergy with our culture
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and coach team members in problem-solving and analytical techniques.
- Utilize Key Performance Statistics (KPS) to manage maintenance metrics such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Execute corrective maintenance strategies and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with objectives, manage non-conforming product control, and address overtime and absence issues.




- Collaborate with primary stakeholders including Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing personnel in a maintenance environment.
- Proficiency with SAP for preventive maintenance activities.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proven track record of integrity and teamwork.
