- plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. We’re hiring right now for a Java developer senior to join our winning team.
This is a full-time permanent role based at our totally amazing offices right in the heart of Providencia.

**Your role in action**:
- As a developer, you will be responsible for developing Java based microservices, and supporting various development duties, including writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the implementation of software.
- You follow best practices for coding and testing, and you’re always eager to learn more and refine your skills.
- You write clean and efficient code, work on bug fixes, and make sure features are built according to specifications.
- You demonstrate attention to detail, persistence and follow-through with effective conflict resolution skills,

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on project requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design) to deliver features and improvements in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and learning from peers.
- Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs or issues in development, test, or production environments.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and version control to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Offer ideas on system architecture and design while learning from senior engineers.
- Continuously improve technical skills, keeping up with new technologies and industry trends.
- Manage tasks and deliverables effectively, meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision and adapting to changing requirements in Agile sprints.
**Could this be you?**
- 2+ years of Java development experience.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Linux, REST APIs, Spring/Hibernate, SonarQube, HTTPS, XML,



WSDL, SQL, NoSQL, and SOAP services; and familiarity with JSON, OpenAPI, tools like Postman, Insomnia, or any REST API testing tool, and modern IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse.
- Experience with JUnit, REST-Assured or other automated testing technologies/tools.
- Experience in participating CI/CD initiatives and pipeline automation
- Git, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Containers (Docker), Container Orchestrators (Kubernetes or OpenShift).
- A team player mindset, working alongside a diverse set of teams across the organization.
