**Your Role Accountabilities**
**OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Analyze intricate business requirements and translate them into sophisticated technical specifications for custom solutions using M365 tools including SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced custom solutions that address business needs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, to gather requirements and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and oversee all phases of the project life cycle, including strategic planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Ensure solutions are highly scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and developers.
- Stay updated with the latest M365 features, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions.




- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom solutions, processes, and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom development solutions in a timely manner.
**Qualifications & Experiences**
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis and custom development on the M365 platform.
- Proficiency and deep expertise in SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of M365 architecture, integration capabilities, and strategic implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
- Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
- Experience working in a national or integral company
- Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
