Job Description

We are seeking a People Insights Analyst to support the development and delivery of people analytics capabilities at Takeda. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, people analytics, and capability development, focusing on transforming complex HR and business data into actionable insights, scalable analytical solutions, and data-driven capabilities.
This position is embedded within Takeda's People Analytics and Capabilities team and requires deep engagement with a broad range of HR and business use cases, including skills intelligence, employee listening, talent analytics, and strategic workforce insights.

How You Will Contribute
- Design and execute analyses across a range of people analytics domains, including employee listening, recruiting, workforce forecasting, and skills intelligence.
- Collaborate with data engineering and technical teams to support the design and evolution of people data architecture, including capabilities that enable skills-based workforce insights and decision-making.
- Help identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insight generation across People Analytics workflows.
- Support the development of intelligent reporting solutions that streamline recurring processes and improve the delivery of workforce insights to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain workforce forecasts and contribute to scenario modeling that supports strategic work
