We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager – Social Media to lead the planning, creation, and execution of engaging digital content across social platforms. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for driving audience engagement, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring consistent storytelling across channels.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams to produce high-quality multimedia content
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publishing and campaign execution
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to optimize content performance
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth
- Engage with online communities and manage brand voice across platforms




- Support campaign ideation for digital marketing and promotional initiatives

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in social media content management or digital content strategy
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience in content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editorial skills
- Basic understanding of design and video content workflows is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or digital-first brands
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Exposure to influencer marketing and community management
